LETTING PROPERTY

We inspect your property and provide you with a free market appraisal and advise you on:

- The recommended rent for the property.
- How to present your property at its maximum advantage.
- The possible target market and the best strategy to attract and secure the right tenants for your property.

When appointed, we will begin marketing and ensure that your property is shown impeccably on our website as well as on all the main property portals, to give you maximum exposure to the maximum target audience.
All prospective tenants are accompanied on viewings by our experienced staff who have viewed your property prior to any viewings and be fully briefed on the all the positive aspects and benefits your property has to offer.
We ensure that we will highlight the features of your property that we present, maximising the opportunities to expose your property in the right fashion and manner.

Founders of London will inform you of all offers on your property and once the right tenant has been identified, we will negotiate on your behalf to obtain the highest possible rent and the most favourable letting terms. Once an offer has been accepted we will take up references on the prospective tenant/s and prepare the tenancy agreement.

Our Fees for Landlords
We strive to be transparent and upfront about any possible fees that may be payable, helping you to make informed decisions with no surprises.
Standard Fees


Letting Only:

8% of the agreed rent for the entire term due in full at the commencement of the tenancy. 

 

Rent Collection:


10% of the agreed rent for the entire term due as the rent is collected. 

 

Letting & Property Management:


13% of the agreed rent for the entire term due as rent is collected. 

Other Fees
Inventory check-in/check-out:
- £150  (up to two bedrooms)
- £250  (more than two bedrooms)

- Gas Safety Certificate: £130
- Energy Performance Certificate: £100
- EICR, Electrical Certificate: £250

All fees are not subject to VAT.
